We would like to share some important information about what to do in case of an emergency in Spain, particularly for those who may not speak Spanish fluently.
🚨 IN AN EMERGENCY, CALL 112
112 is the main emergency number in Spain and Andalucía.
It is:
● Free of charge
● Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
● Available from mobile and landline phones
● Used for all types of emergencies, including medical emergencies, accidents, fires,
police assistance and rescues.
English-speaking operators are available in Andalucía, as well as Spanish, French,
German and Arabic.
You do not need to decide whether you need an ambulance, police or the fire brigade. The
112 emergency service will assess the situation and coordinate the appropriate emergency
services.
